STRONG by Zumba® is not a dance class, it is a high intensity training. It combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Zumba® is a workout in disguise – when music takes over you, you forget about the workout and feel like on a party. It’s for everybody and every body! Easy to follow, super fun and effective. No experience needed – bring your smile and positive attitude, that’s all you need
Xtreme Fat Burner is a HIIT type workout that will challenge you with a mix of strengthening exercises and intense cardio. It will help you not only burn fat and sculpt the body, but it will also give you boost of energy and help release stress from the whole week. Each class finishes with a short, low impact core workout.
Flexi Strength is a low impact, flexibility, mobility and strengthening training. it will:
- improve your posture
- eliminate ‘everyday’ aches and pains
- reduce stress in your body and mind
- improve balance
- reduce risk of injuries
- improve range of motion for increased strength potential and muscle activation
